When did you/ will you pack your bag this time?

With the twins I had my bag packed and ready to go by the time I hit my 3rd trimester and started bedrest.
With this one Im not sure when to pack it. Im not due for 7 more weeks but I have a nagging feeling (or maybe wishful thinking) that this baby will be here earlier than the due date.
Perhaps the fact that Im started to wonder when I should pack it, is an indication I should just pack it already

What did you/or will you do this time around?

 

I don't even remember when I did this, probably a few weeks before they were born. So like 36 weeks.

 

I'll probably pack it a few weeks before my scheduled c-section date. I really need to look for a nice nursing pj's/robe set to bring.

 

Well since my kid was served an eviction notice care of induction, I packed the day I was going in.

 

I think I normally wait until the last minute. Honestly, with how messy things get I appreciate using the hospital gear for the first two days I'm in the hospital, which with my non-complicated vaginal births means I pretty much don't need much until I'm ready to go home. But since I don't trust dh to bring along a decent going-home outfit I do try to throw together a little something to bring along. Anyway, given that my last labor was 3 days long I'll probably wait until I'm in solid labor for at least a few hours before packing. LOL.

With the twins I never got to pack a bag I went from a dr's visit to hospital bedrest so, dh had to bring my things and that was too funny!!
I'm thinking within the next two weeks packing the bags.
What all needs to be packed for the baby? I never got that far either with the twins.

 

When I packed my "babies bag" I delivered in winter so I packed them:
a onesie
an outfit
socks
hats
mittens
recieving blanket
2 diapers/wipes (for the car ride home just in case)

 

I was JUST thinking about this earlier today. I guess I'm reminiscing b/c I'm only about a week away from being as far along as I was when I had the girls....I was thinking I might have mine packed & ready to go around 34 weeks this time?? I'm also hoping to go early, although I have no idea what to expect with only having a singleton. Right now my worst nightmare is going PAST my due date.
