When did you start having a regular schedule?

You would think I would remember this from my older DD, but I can't remember when babies start to have a regular/consistent schedule with two naps a day. Right now we still just eat, play a little, and sleep a lot. Nothing consistent. Help me to remember when this will change ;)

I think it is so different for everyone. Around 4 months it started getting easier but it really took shape around 5 months. I just went to seeing how long they would stay up and went from there. For us, 2hours inbetween naps was key.

I started noticing a clear bedtime around 3-4 months adn very soon after other obvious cues began.
It was after I read HSHHC that I noticed them though. Thank goodness!

Around 4 months naps fell into place, but really it was a constant evolution (3 naps, to 2 naps, to one nap...bedtimes always adjusting accordingly).

    Yesterday.

Okay, not really...but close. We have just started seeing a regular schedule despite my constant efforts to force one.

Mine resisted as well, and we saw more of a schedule really take shape at about 6-7 months old.

We didn't get into a regular eating/napping (3 per day) schedule until about 6-7 months. At 8 months they started STTN and that with the schedule made my life SO much easier.
