I don't know the answer, but I've dropped too. I'm wondering if the babies have changed position (they were transverse) and that is what makes it seem as though I've dropped. I have an ultrasound on Tuesday...this is going to be one of my first questions.

I'll let you know what my doc says!

I never really dropped with the girls - people kept telling me that they looked lower but I think it was just that my belly
changed as they changed postions and got larger - baby A was only head down once for about 2 days! and then she was sitting on my cervix! with my singleton pregnancies it was about 2 weeks after they dropped that they were born.

I have been carrying low this entire pregnancy, I was getting ready to ask when the babies go up into your ribs. I have a long torso, so lots of room up there, but they insist on staying put firmly in my pelvis, ouch!

LOL i have always said "i never dropped with the boys' because i dont think i did. I was always huge with them and I dont think there was anywhere to drop to... when people say "oh i carried low when i had ____" i say...well I carried high and low... there were two and there was pretty much a high and low but one was high and the other was low....they couldnt go anywhere else i was so big! So sorry but i couldnt tell you when and if i dropped....

I'm not sure if this is true or not but I did here that it's rare to drop with twins...I think because dropping means going further down in the pelvis and there is only room for one but the other stays up. I do notice that my belly changes shape when the babies change positions.

I dropped at 25 weeks....it was REALLY obvious. I was carrying high the whole time, then all of a sudden, they're low..

i think it might depend upon where your babies are at. i am 29 weeks and i have one baby low and one baby high and they've been like that the whole pregnancy. i was wondering this same question though. i'm glad someone asked! :D
