When did they really start kicking?

I don't know if I'm just not paying enough attention to them or what but it just doesn't seem like they are moving all that much. I'm still feeling the little flutters. No kicks, No punches not much of anything. I had an appt last week and they are moving on the ultrasound but I just really can't feel them. I'm almost 21 weeks I guess I was just expecting them to be doing jumping jacks by now. When did your twins really start moving around?

I'll be 20 weeks on Monday, and same thing here -- I feel little flutters, but nothing much else. Both of my placentas are anterior, though, and I've read that can cause you to feel kicks much later...(I think because the placentas are in the way of their kicking?)

I remember feeling my daughter relatively late, too -- she wasn't doing real gymnastics until at least 24 or 25 weeks.

Like the pp said, anterior placenta(s) make a huge difference. This is my 3rd preg and in previous 2 I had posterior plancenta and could feel SO MUCH more. You would think 3rd preg and twins that I would be feeling them like crazy, but I don't.

Do you know the location of your placenta(s)? Is this your first preg? Both of those factors make a huge difference.

    Hey, that's me too!

Just maybe I've got a anterior placenta? Mmm
I'll be 20 wks next week and I don't really feel much either. Or maybe I'm just missing their moves for something else?
On the ultrasounds the little ones do move & they have strong heart beats.

I'll be having the 20 wk ultrasound in two weeks time. I'll know much more then.

I think this is one of my main concerns right now, not feeling them moving much..

Don't worry - I was just in your spot a few weeks ago thinking the same thing - by 23 weeks you'll start feeling things for sure - I'll be 24 weeks tomorrow and they move all day long - and I can see my stomach move - but at 20 weeks I was barely feeling anything. It will come soon - promise!
