what's changed since you found out you are pregnant?

I was thinking how i'm trying not to pick up too much weight, quit coffee and am trying to eat better since I found out I'm pregnant again.
Also, dh hangs out with the girls and gives me time to nap every afternoon when he gets back from work
What's changed for you? Are you modifying your lifestyle? Are you feeling differently? Are others treating you differently?

I quit drinking caffeine again. I am also trying ot avoid all those foods they tell you to. Although, I will say I had to have a egg over medium the other day, I just couldn't resisit. DH try to help more when I am complaining about MS, but other than that life is as normal. He keeps telling me that I didn't "milk" being pregnant with the girls, so I better not try it this time. My mom's first question everytime she talks to me is "Are you sick?" Hopefully, that will stop soon. I knows she cares, but its getting a little old.

Not much has changed around here. Dh is getting the kids dressed in the mornings while I get an extra 15 min sleep but nothing else has changed.

Not too much has changed here. DH tells me not to lift much etc... but hey.. I've got kids! I just try not to lift them both at the same time! Audrey is about 29lbs I bet. I try and nap, but that doesn't always work. I never do caffiene and I don't feel bad about having some ice cream every now and then! LOL I'm trying to eat better... but it doesn't always work out that way.

I try to limit my caffeine and when I need a snack I try to go for something with protein. It doesn't always work though. For instance, I had a honeybun out of the vending machine this morning.

DH is also really understanding about me needing to lay down for a few minutes and about my hormonal moments!

I have been eating breakfast (sometimes twice...lol). I never normally eat much of a breakfast. I have been "trying" to eat healthier, but NOTHING healthy appeals to me (which is weird b/c normally when I'm not pregnant, I'm a pretty health conscious eater.). Yeah, that's been thrown out the window. I'm trying not to drink caffeine, but I've been getting migraines lately and 1 cup of anything caffeine knocks it out right away. And, I' mnot picking up both the girls at the same time anymore. I used to, but it's just too much for me.

BTW - I think it's AWESOME that your DH lets you take the afternoon nap, I'm SOOOO jealous!

NOthing's really changed except for eating more in the mornings as I'm starving. I havne't really changed anything else, except for no night time glass of wine.

Not too much......I quit drinking coffee and soda. My husband works 12 hours a day so he hasn't been home to help much......so basically the same.

Ditto. Honestly, nothing healthy sounds good! When I go to OB appt's I swing by the Mexican restaurant and have a HUGE meal... yummy!!

I have limited my caffiene but not completely taken it out. I drink 2-3 a day (Dr. Peppers) because of my migraines (and because they are so darn good). I do also get 4 bottles of water in so hey... I am doing pretty good! I don't pick up the boys at the same time anymore, but I do still pick them up. I don't carry them far though...

Dh takes the kids in the morning and I sleep in till 8am (although I still get up at night if the kids wake up) and I take a nap with the kids in the afternoon so my house is a disaster, but I am a much happier mommy :)

I quit anything with artificial sweeteners and cold sub sandwiches. And I've quit snacking so much. I've always been a big food lover, but not much sounds "fantastic" like it used to. In other words, my cravings haven't been here lately. A little backwards, but oh well.

I've been taking shorter lunch breaks so that I can run out to my car on sunny afternoons for a 15-minute catnap at work.

I also find myself singing more. Like, all the time.
