What were your 1-4 yr olds favorite gifts this holiday season?

I think the boys' favorite is their John Deere Gator ride on toy. But when I ask them they literally list everything, LOL!

That is so cute that they liked everything!!

My girls loved their Disney Princess dressup shoes and the sunglasses that came with their Disney purses. They have been walking around all day with their heels on, sunglasses on, chatting on their "phones". What am I in for?

ETA: My favorite gift that they received was from my brother, SIL and nieces. My brother recorded my SIL and nieces each reading a book so my girls can watch the DVD and following along in the book.

You need to get a picture of that.

I think my girls favorite gift so far has been the rolling slumber set with a flashlight. I don't remember if we have one or 2 gifts left for them still. Should be 2, but one night they didn't want to share so they got to open up 2 sharing presents.

Jade: Buzz Lightyear doll and her remote control truck.

Melissa: Her new Barbie and the talking parrot. The parrot was FWIW, the only thing she asked for (Jade OTOH asked for the world) -- the parrot repeats everything you say and is the most annoying toy ever. But she loves it.

They love everything. I did very well. I also ended up getting them a drum set, a dancing Brobee, Hullaballoo, some jump over the whirling bee game, new bathrobes and slippers, a toy violin, several movies, a new Smart Cycle game...

ETA: And the Tag reading system thing which hasn't gotten that much play yet. And they got scooters from Bubbe and Grandpa which are very cool.

Ours loved 2 things. We got a Tool bench....one son did not want to unwrap other presents and just wanted to play with it. The other thing they loved was we got a trampoline for the whoel family. After we finally got it set up they spent the rest of the day on it. And most of today.

Jesse and Davin's favorite toys are their matching 5-foot-long stuffed caterpillars (they specifically asked for plush caterpillars bigger than them, and these definitely fit the bill). They've been dragging them EVERYWHERE with them since Christmas morning. It's cute but I can see it becoming a problem cause the toys are so big.

They were absolutely thrilled with everything they got, though. Almost all of it was caterpillar themed. My dad bought the presents. I honestly had no idea they made so many things with caterpillars on them (lamps, bedsets, clothes, etc). I'm going to have to completely redecorate their room when we get home, but that's OK. :)

My girls have played with their tag systems every day since they got them. I'm suprised at how much they use them. They each got 3 books, the reader and a storage case.

The magnadoodle has been the biggest hit at our house. My BIL got it and the one he found came with a free travel magnadoodle. I am glad that we had two of them because we would have had a major fight on our hands without that.

Nicole! I love Marbleworks! Very fun!

Their favorite gift hands down has been their Step 2 50's Diner. When Blake ran into the playroom Christmas morning, he stopped at the door and looked at it for a second and then started running to it yelling, "oooooh coooooool!"

My SIL also sent them a Transformers play tent. It's pretty neat (but huge!) and all three of them can fit in their comfortably and play.

They have been playing with everything they received,
but the favorites seem to be (at least for now!):
    ~harmonica
    ~keyboard
    ~tractor trailer trucks
~those big cardboard blocks from Melissa & Doug
And their favorite has been this Black and Decker Emergency roadside kit, it holds more than
the items it came with, and they love having a place
to put their "treasures" and "work tools" to carry
around with them. Oh, and flashlights, they seem
to love having a few of those around too!

The girls seem to be happy with everything. They are loving the new loving family dollhouse. They have the old one and the new one right across from each other, with around two feet between them and sit back to back playing with them both. They LOVE the potty dolls, the barbies and the fairies. They've been sleeping with all of their new dolls. I'm suprised the girls fit in the beds at all. I caught Annika in bed with her diamond castle barbie, which lights up, trying to "read" her new books last night. It doesn't look like there were any duds this year. Even the puzzles are being done over and over again.

So far their favorite toy is Biscuit the dog ! They have also really enjoyed the Thomas at Action Canyon train set. Although I have to say the quality of it doesnt campare to the Geotrax system .. it comes apart very easy .. unlike the Geotrax.
They also got some new games for their Leapsters and V Pockets and those have kept them quiet for awhile as well. :)

It was difficult to tell right away since they emphatically "wowed" over each and every package (very into dramatics these days). They're still playing with everything but the Smart Cycle and the big steel dump trucks seem to be the most appealing active toys and the Dr. Seuss books are their favorites of the new reading material (Green Eggs & Ham and Hop on Pop). Really, though, there was only one dud toy and that was because it was a duplicate of something they already have.

It's a complete toss up between the Dora House and all accessories (actually handed down from my niece) or their My Little Ponies. They play with the ponies in and around the house all day long. :)

So far the biggest hit have been the $10 doll strollers I bought last minute at Target. Go figure! Piper and Cricket love the strollers so much that the strollers have had to "take naps" a few times in the closet because they've caused so much angst. Even though the strollers are exactly the same, Piper frequently wants the one that Cricket has.

Other than strollers, Play Doh was also a success. Piper now runs around chanting "pay-doh, pay-doh mama" every time she sees the box.

The most favorite thing here has been the art table and all the various art supplies. They are also loving their new Loving Family doll house too.

This is also the first year that they have taken such an interest in everything that they have gotten and been so excited about it. There is one more toy due to them tomorrow night.

My son loved his Thomas the Train sheets and blanket that he got for his twin bed (my parents got that for him) that we just put him in in the beginning of Dec.
For a toy he loves his matchbox cars and Geotrax train (it was a small one that just goes in a small circle). He also got a bigger train set (I think the brand is imaginarium, from my bil) but we haven't set it up yet since he still loves to throw things. I think I will try to set it up sometime in Jan or Feb but we will see. One of his favorite things to do is to take apart the rails on the Geotrax and that's just four interlocking pieces I can't image what he will do to the wooden tracks when we set them up.
