What size shoes at 18 months?

My girls will be 18 months next weekend. Just curious as to what size shoes other 18-mo olds are wearing?

Reagan fits perfect into a 5...some are just a tad big, but all 4's are now too small. Morgan is just about to grow out of her 5's, but 6's are too big. So it goes!

My kids at 22 months are between 5 and 6 right now.

 

The boys got their first shoes at 14 months and are still wearing them now at 18 months. size 7.5 & 8

 

6/6.5. Probably could get away with a 7.

 

In late September, the boys measured a 5 M (Jackson) and 5 W (Ethan) at Stride Rite. That means getting a 5.5 M & W. I ended up getting them a 6 and it's still a little big but they are walking great in them. I know it's important for shoes to fit well but mine are home most of the time and not in shoes. I just bought them snowboots in a 7 so I can hopefully get 2 seasons out of them.

My twins were 18 months old yesterday. The only shoes we have purchased so far are Stride Rite brand so that is the only sizing I know. DS is a 5.5 and DD is a 6. DD went up about a size from Spring to Summer and has slowed down now. DS stayed about the same from Spring to Summer and has gone up since then. I always try to get the next half size up.

 

E&E have not changed since summer. Emma 5W Ethan 6EW in stride rites.

 

I think Sofia was in a 6 and Ryan in a 6.5xw. These are striderite sizes.

 

Anthony is a 5 1/2 XW per Stride Rite and Grace is 4 1/2-5 Medium.

 

Danielle is in a 5 and Katly is in a 6 about to outgrow the 6.

5 and 7 here. 7s too big but that's what got handed down to us. Rachel is wearing Alexis' old 5s

 

Brady & Aidan are almost in a 6 XXW because their 5.5 XXW are getting too small...they are only 17 months old tomorrow.

 

I still can't get my girls to wear regular shoes yet. We are still in Robeez. All those cute shoes that I bought them haven't stayed on their feet for more than 5 seconds.

 

Both are in a size 7 from Stride Rite, but they are due a new pair soon. They also have a pair of Croc 6-7. My girls went from size 5 at one year to 7 at 17 months!

Mine were in size 5's then, now they are in 6's.

 

Mine must have small feet. Kenna is in a 3 still ( I did just buy a 4 from Target and they are just a little too big). Mitchell is in a 4-4.5.

 

My petite DD is in a 4, but thats getting tight...

 

At 18 months mine were both 5 1/2W.

 

We are wearing 5's - comfortably but they are only about 24 lbs..

 

Oh, I thought you meant diapers... Well, mine are both in a 6 - Lachlan takes a Wide and Liam a regular. I think they will fit for awhile longer as well...

 

6 1/2 wide for each.

 

My boys are in a size 5, but Canadian sizes are about 1/2 size smaller than US. So that would be 5.5 US size.

We are in 4.5 and 5 since about 17.5 mos. My girls have small feet -- when they first started walking at 16 mos., Rita was 1/2 size away from the smallest they made in the "walker" shoes (stage 3) at Stride Rite. They start at 4, and she measured at 3.5 (rounding up!!). At daycare the girl two months younger than them wears a 6.5, LOL.

 

Elizabeth is wearing a 7.5 wide and Grace is wearing a 7 extra wide. They were wearing 5s in September then overnight, none of their shoes fit. I took them to Stride Rite and could not believe how big their feet are!

 

My girls wore a size 5 at that age. They are 28 months and still only wear a 6. However, I can see from on here that all kids may be different . People on here range fron a size 4 to a size 8 for that age. Just take them and see what fits the best and what will have a little room to grow. I usually buy a .5 size to a full size larger so that they can wear them longer and don't grow right out of them.

 

At 20 months, Josh is a 7.5/ 8 and Zach is 7.

 

Molly was wearing a size 6.5-7 at 18 mths and Luke was a perfect size 6.
