My girls have long curly hair. On humid days we have a curly mess! I have always had short hair and never had to worry about frizz or any bed head type looks!

I still have to use some kind of tear free shampoo, what kind of shampoo do you use on your kiddos??

TIA!!! I really need a better shampoo for them!

We like Suave for shampoo. They have a kid's tear free that is dye and fragrance free that we really like. It comes in a white bottle. We then use Loreal's kids conditioner (grape sent is their fav.). We've found that to be the best conditioner. Mine don't do well with the shampoo/conditioner combos, we need a 2nd conditioner. That coupled with the widest tooth comb I can find and we're good to go.

We use the Suave kids 2-in-1 shampoo and conditioner. One of my girls has super thick hair and it makes it sooo soft and silky.

More Suave fans here......plus on one DD I use an extra conditoner to prevent tangles and keep it manageable.

We buy whatever kids shampoo is on sale (usually the suave or loreal). Even if it has the shampoo/conditioner combo we still use a just conditioner afterward on my one daughter. She has long hair and it always gets knots in it.

Ditto to the Sauve 2-in-1. I also use conditioning detangler spray (Johnson & Johnson) on my DD's hair. She has super curly hair and it helps.

I like California Baby's products. Granted, I have boys, so I can't vouch too much for long hair, but Bryan has super thick, curly hair, and it works well on him. I just like that there's not a whole lot of unknown chemicals in it!

Suave 2 in 1, I think that's what it is called. Plus I spray in leave-in conditioner after bath and I use Ouidad spray gel on their hair. We are a curly haired bunch at our house. :)

J&J 2-n-1 for curly hair. Its green. Its no tears and works really well for Ana's long curly hair, and makes Meara's wavey hair really soft and shiney.

We use store brand baby shampoo (equivalent to Johnson's), plus Pantene conditioner for curly hair. If I didn't use a separate conditioner (especially on Sarah), no amount of "2-in-1" shampoo/conditioner would keep the tangles under control. I also spray them with detangler right before I brush.

Ditto here on the Suave 2-in-1. Just started using it last week--wow what a difference. Ava has super curly hair and before it was a struggle to brush, now it's a breeze. I got them the watermelon scented kind - now when we get in the tub they chant 'melon melon' and make me put a dab on their hands then rub it all over themselves, LOL
