I have heard of people being given a guess at 14 weeks of 75 percent or so, but I found out for sure at 16 weeks using the peri's machine (which was way better than my OB's machine). They were two boys...I don't know if that is just easier to see or what.

On a due in August forum which I am part of, someone posted saying there is an u/s place that will determine sex at 15 weeks with a guarentee. The place only does u/s for sex determination. It costs like $99. Not a bad price. I don't think I have anything like that close to me. But I wouldn't pay for it anyway when insurance will cover it at the peri or ob office during the level II. But yes, they offer it as early as 15 weeks.

My doc first told me he thought both were girls at 15 weeks. Now at 32 weeks, he continues to tell me they are still girls!

Our peri has really great equipment, and was able to tell us at 13 weeks -- BUT, we already knew it was one of each from the CVS, so she just had to tell which was the boy and which was the girl...

we found out at 13 weeks one of ours was a boy...but it wasn't until 17 weeks we found out the other was a girl. Boys are generally easier to identify.

I found out on Monday which was 15w2d. I think as long as you have a clear picture of the bootie, you can tell from around 14 weeks.
