What is HSHHC?

Just curious what HSHHC is? I am assuming it is a book about helping babies to sleep.

Yes, it is a book called, "Healthy Sleep Habits, Healthy Child".

 

I recommend this book to everybody. It's by Marc Weissbluth.

I believe that this is the reason that my babies have been good sleepers from day 1. Get it and follow it.

 

the only stupid questions are the ones we don't ask! (I used to be a teacher and would tell the kids that all the time)

good for you for asking; it took me weeks to figure out that BRU was Babies R Us when i was on the expecting forum....

 

Love the book, "love" the man (our ped) ... worth a read!

But seriously, it's a sleep training book, and if you follow it (and I mean *really* follow it even when it's hard) you will probably find yourself blessed with good twin sleepers. Definitely worth a read.

What does DH referes to? I know it's husband but I don't think DH is the abbreviation of husband.

What does DD & DS refere to?

Same with DS and DD : dear/darling Son, dear/darling daughter.

 

HSHHC is a great book. I didn't read it until my girls were 6 months or so. I'd been trying to follow the Baby Whisperer or Babywise, & they just were not working well for us. HSHHC got us on track & the girls have been sleeping great. I love this book!!!
