What is a great doll to get for 2yr olds?

    I want to get my girls a new doll for their 2nd birthday. They already have the Little Mommy Twins and also Baby Stella. Not sure what to get!

    How about Cabbage Patch kids? Or another doll with easily removable clothes? Mine really started to dress/undress dolls right around two.

    I got dd a Corolle baby doll last Christmas. She was a bit more expensive, but dd loves her! And, she's the only baby that can go in the bath, which is great fun. I was picky, since a lot of dolls give me the creeps (I'm weird!) but I think this one's adorable.

    I would recommend cabbage patch kids...my neices are both 2 and LOVE thiers!!!!!

    Instead of a doll, what about taking them to a build a bear and letting them make their own? My girls have a ton of dolls and stuff animals but i think their favorite of all of them is the onces they made it build a bear.

    How abotu the 'once upon a time' dolls by Disney. My girls like them because they are 'toddler dolls ' not babies. though they do like the babies as well...Cabbage patch are a hit here too.

    I'd also suggest a toddler doll rather than a baby doll, one that has hair that can be combed (the draw back of Cabbage Patch Kids IMHO is they can't do their hair) and clothes that can be changed.

    Any more ideas? My daughter got twins' doll last year for her 1st birthday. She LOVE them too. I would like to get her a "bath doll" for her to have fun in tubby.

    I don't have girls but I was going to suggest a Cabbage Patch doll too. I LOVED mine when I was little!

    I know mine would love to have a doll with hair, they love to brush hair. I'm going to have to look for one, we only have CPK and hairless baby dolls.

    Katelyn loves her American Girl Itty Bitty Baby doll. That thing is glued to her hip most of the time!!
