Hello everyone! Curious if anyone successfully gave up caffeine and what helped you transition. I’ve been jittery and sleep-deprived, so I’m trying to switch to something natural that gives energy without the crash. Open to all ideas!

It’s definitely a shift, but switching away from caffeine can feel so much better long term. A good start might be exploring energizing herbs or fungi that don’t spike adrenaline. I came across the online shop Amanita Universe https://amanita-universe.us/ where they carry mushrooms supplies like Cordyceps and adaptogenic stacks. These seem to help sustain alertness without taxing the nervous system. What’s cool is how they’re often used in morning teas or shakes, offering steady clarity without that mid-day slump. If you're aiming for smoother energy and better sleep, these alternatives can really support that transition in a grounded way.
