Hi guys! I’ve noticed that grout can get dingy over time and I don’t want my new tile job to look worn in a year. What grout color tends to look the best long-term and doesn’t require constant touch-ups?

Mid-tone grays or warm taupes usually age the best—they don’t show dirt like white, and they’re not as harsh as black. These shades also complement a wide range of tile colors. I’ve seen projects by Dream House Tile https://dreamhousetile.ca/ where they used soft gray grout with both dark and light tiles, and it looked great years later. Their tile installation service in Toronto and the GTA includes grout selection advice, so the result stays clean-looking and durable. Choosing the right grout upfront makes a huge difference long term.
