For those of you towards the end of your pregnancies.....what are you wearing?! I mean, I've finally hit 25 weeks (Yay!) and my maternity things from two prior pregnancies are not fitting anymore...what are you all wearing as you near delivery? Do you buy a size up? I think once I stop working, I'm living in elastic waist pants and Hanes t-shirts..lol

I started outgrowing my things around 28 wks. I was on hospital bedrest though, so I didn't need much. I was a comfy XL when I got pregnant and by the time I delivered, I was in a very well-stretched 3X (maternity!) :icon_eek: In the end, I had 2 pairs of jersey shorts and 3 jersey t-shirts. Honestly, I couldn't suggest what to wear besides that because I just can't imagine I would have found anything! Good luck!

i have two pairs of motherhood XL shorts that fit me, one pair of black knit gauchos, and a skirt. for the most part, the XL shirts still fit, but i don't know what it's going to be like after i deliver, because it's getting colder here and i recall wearing maternity clothes for a month or so after dd was born. maybe i'll be able to wear dh's sweatpants and sweatshirts.

I've pretty much grown out of all my maternity clothing but now that I'm on modified bedrest and not working anymore I live in stretchy pants and a t-shirt. My poor DH....I feel so unattractive right now.

yes, i outgrew most of my maternity clothes towards the end too. I had some stretchy knit gaucho pants that i wore a lot when going out. Staying home I wore mostly DH's boxers and t-shirts.

Okay, so atleast I'm not alone in wanting to wear Tshirts/Sweats! All I can says is when it comes to Xmas shopping, if they don't got it online....too bad, so sad for you! I'm not leaving the house in December, except ofcourse for the obvious ;)

I never wore maternity clothes except maternity beaters which I still wear with running/yoga pants. I'm all about being comfy now!

I wore cotton dresses that had some extra room for my belly. They were cute, so I always looked nice, but nice and cool (summer in Texas!). I hated wearing pants pretty much my entire pregnancy.

I have got a pair of 2 XL non-maternity athletic style long shorts that I got from Target that I wear just about every day because they are so comfy and not tight on my belly at all. I also got some XL pants from JCPenny along with some XL shirts and I've found that shirts that aren't cotton are usually big enough to fit over my belly if they are a size XL but for cotton shirts I need a 2XL from a plus size store. Same for jeans, I got a pair of plus size 2XL maternity jeans, and even though they are too big on my booty they are so comfy on my belly that I wear them all the time! I don't care if they look a little goofy!

I had to wear a friend's hubbies clothes because my own DH is too skinny!! I was huge at my 35 wk delivery day!!! Sweats and tshirts with flip flops is all I could fit into. Good luck... PS always buy clothes BIGGER than you think you will need... NOT in your prepregnancy size like the tags say!!! You will need the biggest you can get!

I had to go shopping again at 25 weeks or so. I have outgrown pretty much everything again (I have 2 shirts left) but I'm just wearing the same stuff everyday cuz I am so close now. I did have to buy a bigger pair of shoes a couple days ago!

I'm at 26 weeks and I'm still wearing jeans and size Medium maternity tee's. I'm thinking I'll have to go out and buy some large's at target or something in a month or so. But it's lookin allright. Only problem is wearing Vans- my feet are swelling out of them by the end of the day at work!!!

Shirts that are too short for the belly!!! No matter what size I get in maternity clothes they are never long enough and the belly seems to hang out!! Hate it!! So lately, I'm wearing my hubbies shirts!! They are longer and work!!

I started out in size L maternity clothes and went to XL by about 28 weeks. Now that I am *finally* done with work and spending this week at home, I am living in my one pair of XL stretchy gauchos and dh's size XL t-shirts. When I was still working (as of last week), I had one pair of Motherhood XL khakis, a few Motherhood XL dresses, and a pair of size L black jersey Japanese Weekend pants that I got at the beginning of my pregnancy and they haves stretched to fit me even still, along with about 3 or 4 XL shirts that still fit. Like the PP said, I wonder how long I'll be this big after delivery (scheduled 10/8), because most of my clothes are summer clothes and it is getting cooler here. Luckily, dh is a big guy, so his stuff fits and I don't think I'll be going anywhere for a while.... Thank goodness it's still warm enough to wear flip-flops!

I'm 30 weeks and still in size XS to small maternity pants and mostly just regular shirts....a few maternity ones that aren't tent like. OKAY START THROWING THE EGGS AT ME........I prefer tanktops becasue I am hot ALL the time. I am on modidied bedrest so when I am at home I actually wear nothing. Nothing always fits and is never to tight. it fits perfectly. Robes are pretty great too if I must be modest. I like jammie pants too.I am sure at some point I will get to wear bigger stuff but not yet. OKAY THROW MORE EGGGS.......
