What do you use as shampoo?

When the boys were really little I used the Johnson and Johnson liquid soap for the boys bodies & hair. We eventually transitioned to Dove soap for everything, but I'm wondering if maybe it isn't the best thing for washing their hair? What do others use for washing hair--ideally something that cleans fairly well and doesn't sting if they get a little bit in their eyes.

    Thanks! /Joel

We use the Johnson & Johnson Baby Shampoo. It's what we have always used. I think it works just fine.

When the girls hair got long, I switched and use my shampoo and conditioner on their hair. The boys still use baby soap on their hair.

Either Johnson & Johnson baby shampoo (head to toe) or Baby Magic head to toe for the twins.

My older DD does use shampoo and conditioner combination and body wash.

I used the baby hair and body wash for everything up until a month ago. Now, I buy a childrens shampoo (I think Suave) and use the baby wash for thier bodies.

I tried using other things (like stuff I would use) but they have such a sensitivity, that they break out in a dry skin rash. I prob wont use that stuff again until at least 4.

Hmmm, perhaps I'll revisit the J & J head to toe. The dove shampoo also sound interesting. Is there any reason anybody can think of why I shouldn't be using Dove soap (unscented) for head to toe? Thanks! /joel

We use Johnson and Johnson too (head/body wash). Every once in a while when I have the money to splurge I use Aveeno for babies.

We still use the J&J Head to Toe. I can't think of any reason why you shouldn't use the Dove if it's been working for you so far.

same here. i just find it so much more convenient to use one product for everything. and i'm not ready to use anything that could possibly burn their eyes.

We use J&J baby shampoo and it works great. My girls both have curly hair, so we follow up with spray in detangler.

I just use my shampoo on them. Baby shampoo doesn't cut it anymore. Mine are great about putting their heads back so soap in the eyes is never an issue.

We use the Johnson & Johnson Head to Toe Body Wash on our DD and Touch of an Angel shampoo/body wash on our DS. Our DS has very sensitive skin so Touch of an Angel was recommended to us because J&J's Head to Toe Body Wash is harsher on the skin.

We use the Grins and Giggle body wash or the Huggies body wash for shampoo and all-over soap. No problems thus far.

We use J&J shampoo and Dove soap for their body. We've been doing that for a long time and we haven't had any issues. I would just make sure you use tearfree shampoo of some sort.
