what do you think of these names for boys?

Ok I know that I haven't posted anything in a long time. Please understand that I have been busy. I am now almost 6 1/2 mths pregnant with twins. and they are both boys. We have come up with 2 names. Please feel free to tell me what you think. The names are Damien Matthew and Liam Mckenzie.

 

I like the first names ok but I associate McKenzie with a girl.

If you want both middle names to begin with M how about
Maxwell
Mitchell

I am not a fan of Damien. I have known 2 (while teaching) and they were both very bad boys. I do like Liam Mackenzie. Although you do hear Mackenzie more as a girl's name, I did have a boy named Mackenzie one time.

 

Unfortunately I can't for the life of me not use name association with the name Damien (or any variation). I try really hard not to do that. I absolutely LOVE Liam, though.

 

Not a fan of Damien but LOVE Liam. Not so sure about the McKenzie unless it's a family name.

 

I love Liam! I'm not a fan of Damien- reminds me of the kid from The Omen and the only one I've ever met was the school bully with bad hygiene. Like the PP, I also think of McKenzie as a girl name and wouldn't use it for a boy.

 

Me too. I think it is a girl's name.

I Love Liam and think Damien is okay but it sounds evil to me because of the movie Omen. I don't think I could get past that.

 

Maybe Damon or Duane instead of Damien. I do like liam and mckenzie is very femine in this century. Maybe another mc or irish name.
