When the girls were younger, I used to get up really early and have a cup of coffee and read the paper, that was my 'relax' time to get ready for the day and everything... Now though, I seem to always be wound up and can NOT relax for nothing. I'm always stressed about SOMETHING. I'm on the go from 530 a.m. until 830 p.m. non-stop between getting everyone up and ready for daycare/work, working (which as of late has been sorta highstrung) and then going straight home and preparing dinner, clean up, baths, etc... at 8 months pregnant, I NEED a break! What's your secret to relaxing when you have twin toddlers running circles around you and you're big enough you almost need a bulldozer just to move you around!?!? LOL Oh, the cleaning is lucky to get done MAYBE once a week, that's really gone to the wayside, which in and of itself is a stressor for me - I HATE looking at clutter and a dirty house!
A hot bath!! Im home alone all day with the kids and they are in the terrible two stage and dont listen to anything ( If I need some time to chill out we all climb in to the tub. I normally wait till Dh comes home to have a solo me time bath but I cant always wait that long.

Are twins are pretty much the same age, our new babies will be about the same too. AND I love to take hot baths!! Although I know I'm not suppose to take such a hot bath being pregnant. I take a hot bath or sneak away to TS for a few minutes. I completely understand, its really hard to get 5 minutes to unwind whne everything else is going in circles around you. I dont drink anymore but sometimes wish I could have a cocktail to relax myself.
Ooooohhhh how I WISH I could have a glass of wine!! DH will NOT let me have even one drop of alochol while pregnant OR Bfing, which means I really haven't drank since like, May of 2006!! GRRRRRRRR........ THAT is my ultimate form of relaxation! A glass of wine, hot bath and off to bed.
