I have been relaxing in a hot bubble bath, while I read a book lately! And I also have been catching up on ts. I save my cleaning for when they are in their highchairs eating lunch.

    What about you?

Yeah, I tend to use that as my down time on weekends too. They can hang out with me while I put away laundry etc..but naps are when I catch a nap, a movie or read too...call me crazy, but my relaxing time is more important than a spotless house.

That is when they nap...everyone is going thru phazes of boycotting them all together...ugh!

I usually get on TS or I watch TV. I also make sure to squeeze in lunch for myself.

I love that they nap at 1! I watch Days while I do stuff on the computer, and then I take the second hour to pay bills, organize, read, nap, or just sit! :) I love nap times!!!!!!!!!!! :D

On Mondays and Fridays I tend to relax a little more during their naps. Recover from the weekend/week. On Tues, Wed, Thursday I try to get things done around the house. On the weekend I try to spend some QT with DH. Lately though it seems like my oldest is banning naps on the weekends so DH and I have been out of luck.

Mine are in daycare during the week, but on weekends DH and I usually have downtime (or naptime) during naps. I like to sit on the couch and read a book and "accidentally" doze off. ;) Anything I can do while the girls are awake (fold laundry, clean up the lunch dishes, etc.) I try to do then, and save naptime for just relaxing.

I'm impressed with all of you that nap/relax. I have trouble winding down until the day is over. So, I tend to clean, do laundry, pay bills, etc. when they are napping. I relax once they are in bed and the house is cleaned up. Not much time, but that's about when DH gets home, so it works out well.

I clean, catch up on recorded tv shows, visit here, scrapbook or do ebay.

my twins will be 3yo in July and only one of them still nap daily!
I usually run errands at that time and take one or two of the other kids with me,then pick Garrett up from school,go to the coffee shop, and all that takes about 2 hours,etc....

Their nap time is the only time I 1)have the energy and 2)the time to exercise!! During the week I get on the elliptical, shower, and then relax till one/both wake up.
Now that the weather is finally getting nicer, I take that time to get the garden areas ready for flowers and veggies!

I jump in the shower as soon as I put them down and am usually done while they are still playing, eat watch some tv or surf the internet. This usually lasts 45m - 1hr. if I am lucky.

For their morning nap I fix a cup of coffee, my 2nd for the day, get on TS, watch a bit of TV, and straighten up the kitchen. I usually have breakfast myself sometime in there.

For their afternoon nap from 1-2 I am always watching Days! After that I may get on TS for a bit, lay down myself sometimes, and clean up anything from lunch I didn't get done before their nap and straighten up the toys in the familyroom. When needed I throw laundry in or fold some.

I would say 95% of the time I nap with them (I love having one in each of my arm and sleeping with them for an hour  :) )

The 5% of the time my hubby naps with them, I go on the internet, relax on my own, or run out for an errand.

When my kids were still napping, I used that time to do my work-from-home job, clean, laundry, etc. Occasionally I'd watch a TV show, but usually it was work time.

Clean and go on the computer. I used to have nap in the morning with them but it got to the point that when i was falling asleep one of them would wake up so i gave up on that idea!

I'm a freelance writer so I should always be making calls and/or writing. I often spend too much "surfing" the Web, though. I'm working on finishing up a project and then my hope is to take one day a week to do stuff for me. I also tend to work my cleaning in while the girls are awake. They like to help or watch now so that is lots of fun. Or, I just wait until the weekends to clean more heavily. The house is a disaster, usually, but that is fine with me. We hardly have guests.

I wish I had more time to focus on me these days. I'm more busy with work than I ever thought I would be.

My boys are still taking two naps a day, which is so nice. I usually straighten up the house and then relax by getting on the computer, watching stuff I've recorded, etc. I rarely nap myself. I just use the time for some 'me' time.

I do my workout, check email and/or TS sometimes, clean up the house and do laundry, and prep dinner. In the summer I'll go visit all the plants in my garden and pull weeds.

    Twins nap?

When they used to nap - I usually napped as well. Partially because they'd sleep longer if I was in the room, and partially because it's my only chance to catch up on sleep! ;)
