Baby nasal saline drops, then suck the boogers. Humidfiers, baby vic's at sleep time. But mainly time and patience :hug99: Most colds are viruses, so unless you are really concerned I'd let it take its course and in a few days they will be healthy again :)

I run a cool mist humidifier every night. Unless a nasty cough comes with it, then I would just let it run it's course. It stinks that there isn't anything we can do to help them.

Both mine just got over a cold. I had a humidifier in their room and gave them lots of baths. But other then that i just let it run its course. I tried vapor rub and they hated it, plus it didn't seem to help.

Ditto everything Kristi said. I hope they are feeling better soon! We are just getting over colds ourselves.

Be sure to give them lots of fluids too, since colds can cause dehydration. Poor little babies. Liek pp said, a cool-mist humidifier, saline nose drops, suctioning, Vicks, all of that is what we do. And lots of loves! Good luck, I hope they get better soon. :hug99:

All pp's suggestions plus get the bathroom all steamy and sit in there, that seems to help! My go to is the steamy bathroom, plus vics vapo rub and a cool mist humidifier. Sorry your babies are sick that is tough!
