these are some things that my girls have liked:

    BREAKFAST

blueberry waffles either plain or with cream cheeseor butter or plain waffles with cream cheese or butter and jelly
scrambled eggs with ham and cheese
pancakes with margerine (and sometimes a little bit of syrup)
cheerios with milk (or formula) and little cut up pieces of banana (let the whole thing sit in the milk for 5 min before serving. It makes the cheerios a bit mooshy)
toast with butter or cream cheese (with or without jelly) and fresh cut up fruit
    french toast
oatmeal with yogurt or with fruit

    LUNCH

    grilled cheese with ham/turkey
    hot dogs
peas/carrots/broccoli/cauliflower (sometimes with a little butter and parmesan cheese)
    cheese
    yogurt
    fruit
Gerber Pasta Pick Ups (cut into 4's with a little parmesan cheese)
chicken nuggets (with or without ketchup)
    pieces of coldcuts

DINNER (the time I dread the most)

dinner is pretty much the same as lunch except that I will sometimes give them pastina or mini shells and macaronni and cheese or a little but of left over food from me and dh dinner the night before if I think they will like it or safe enough for them to eat.

Kelly, we have the same things. ;) I also add Instant Oatmeal (the adult kind) and cinnamon toast with butter or cream cheese (from Pepperidge Farm). They like OJ too. Lunch, we do the lunch meat, yogurt (everyday), puffs, cut up canned fruit, cheese crumbles, grilled cheese. Oh we have PB sometimes now, on crackers with milk (sorry we have graduated to milk too. Dinner, whatever we are having. They really like hamburgers and hot dogs right now (we grill a lot in the summer). B)

Here's an average daily food list; some days it's less, some days it's more. Some days I pull out all of the interesting foods in the fridge and dice them. :)

    3 8oz bottles (they've stopped drinking all 8, usually)
    Cheerios (OK, organic brand)
Plain yogurt with banana, raspberry and wheat germ
    diced hard boiled egg
    grated cheese
    raspberries
    diced avocado
pureed broccoli (they won't eat it steamed)
    grated zucchini
    whole wheat waffle
    squash or carrot puree
    diced chicken breast

    Other foods:
    grated carrots
    diced melon
    lentils (not their favorite)
    small bits of roast beef
    salmon
    diced banana
    diced peaches

I try to get some fruit, veggies, protein and grains in at each meal and mix things up from meal to meal and day to day.
