Ok..I can see the twins having reflux b/c they were preemies but I think Collin has and he was born full term...I'm beginning to doubt myself as a mother...what am I doing wrong that 3 of my babies had/have reflux? I'm using Avent bottles with Collin which is what I used with the boys when they were this young (1 month old) and then switched to Dr. Browns and I'm not sure if the bottles, meds change of formula helped them but there's got a little better....Do any of you use Avent bottles with luck???
I'm at such a loss as to what is going on.

I didn't have luck with the avent bottles the ones I have had the best luck with are the Dr Brown (except they get clogged with the AR formula) and the playtex drop ins

I agree that Avent didn't work for us in the least bit, and Dr. Browns have worked wonderfully. Both of my girls suffer from reflux and it has helped significantly. The only downside is that there are a lot of parts to clean, but its so worth it because they work.

We started off with the Playtex Drop-Ins. Wanted something BPA free and easy to clean. Did NOT work for us. My husband hated them. We could never tell exactly how much the girls were getting and they seemed to suck air.
We switched to the Dr. Browns and LOVE them. We had reflux issues early on. And REALLY bad gas issues. The Dr. Brown's, along with Similac Sensitive seemed to help. The reflux seems to have improved, we are even off the Prevacid.
The Dr. Brown's now come in BPA free in both the 4 oz. and 8 oz. size. That is, if you buy into the BPA stuff. I figure why not
    just get the BPA free!!!!

Dr. Brown are supposed to be great for not creating gas.

My girls had a bit of reflux, and I noticed a significant improvement when I switched to Dr. Browns.

My daughter has serious reflux issues (many extended hospital stays - (we are blessed she is still alive), tests, etc.), and we use the same old fashioned Evenflow bottles they use at Children's Hospital LA.

Is he on meds to help control the reflux? if not, I would see if you can make an appt with the Ped to discuss. We started with Zantac and it didnt help, so we went to Prevacid. That helped them alot. We also went to thickened feeds which helped tremendously once we got the right amount of cereal per ounce per the Ped GI. We used the Dr. Browns bottles with the variable flow nipple and it worked like a charm. We did not have any luck with Avent or the Drop-Ins.
