What age for bumbo

Last week I put Ty in his bumbo for a min the other day and he really seemed to love it being able to look around at everything.

He's small enough where he has support all around except for his neck. He's holding his head pretty steady.

is this ok for me to let him sit in this at 2 months or is this hurting him?

Whats the youngest you put your baby in the bumbo and how long did you leave them in at a time?

I believe I started around 3.5/4 months? My girls didn't have the best neck control though
I got the tray as well which they loved & helped them balance themselves with their hands.

 

I put mine in as soon as they could hold their head up!

 

Once mine had good head control at about 4 months I started. They really didnt care for it, so they never spent much time in it.

 

I also put my girls in the bumbos starting at around 2 months old. It won't hurt him, just don't leave him alone in it and he'll be fine!

 

I put mine in at about three months, when they had decent head control. They never liked the Bumbos so probably spent a grand total of 15 minutes in them over three months. Also, our pedi didn't recommend them because they put too much pressure on the stomach and can aggravate reflux, gas, and other intestinal stuff.

 

I used it at about 3 months old when ours were showing better neck control, they would sit in there for at most 15 minutes.

 

I put my babies in them at 2.5 months. They probably spent mmm maybe 15 mins a day in it. They really liked them at first, but that probably only lasted about a month or so. So if you haven't already bought them, I would probably check on craigslist or resale shops for a better price, just MHO.
