we've got WORDS!

    I posted a while ago about not being sure if DD was really saying words or not... Well, there's no doubt in my mind anymore!

    Her first word was "cat." Then just a couple days later she started saying "book." (It's so cute how she says it, she leaves the "k" off the end and says "Buh! Buh! Buh!") She might even have a 3rd one, too - one of our cats is named Buxtehude, and DD says "Boo!" when she sees her.

    I can't believe my little girl is starting to TALK! It's so cool. :D

    Oh my goodness! I'll never forget the sound of my DS (14) first word "dog". I bet it's the sweetest sound ever...and early...goodness!

    That is so cool, I can't wait to hear what first words mine will say

    there was one time I swear DS said "I love you momma" :D but that was wishful thinking

    yes, it's a whole new level of deliciousness. We've had 'cat' for a while, also known as 'cat cat cat', as we have two.
    We now also have 'light', while pointing to the ceiling, and 'duck duck duck"...I can't WAIT for 'i love you mama'....esp. since they're always crawling over me like a little of puppies (gee, how i hate that!)

    Awww, how much fun!!!!

    I wish I could hear what my two babies are thinking. My DS, especially, seems to have a lot of thoughts in that little head of his!
