We're WALKING!

The boys took their first (awkward, lunging-at-you) steps in Mid-March, right around their bday. They have been letting go of furniture and balancing, taking a half step, but not much more for a week or so. We knew it was right around the corner for either/both.

Just the other day we were all hanging out & winding down for bed time. Nick walked across the room to get to Daddy. DH & I both freaked out with clapping & cheers. :banana: :banana: Joe looked up like, "Hey, I don't want to be left out". I'll be darned if he didn't hop right up and do the same (but only took about 3 steps). I knew they'd walk around the same time, but I didn't figure it would happen in the same minute...now that's identical!

Thanks for letting me share...I feel like we officially belong to the 1-5 club now.

 

:yahoo: WooHoo!! That is awesome!! Mine were a few weeks apart & the one who we expected to walk first didn't! That is so great!

 

Now that is identical. Congrats on the walkers.

Congrats! My boys also both walked on the same day (Christmas morning, who knew it would take getting a big ball to get them to walk; they both walked to the same ball).
