We're Having A...

    GIRL! It's a girl! We just got back from the ultrasound a few minutes ago and I had to share the good news. The baby weighs 12 ounces and was very cooperative. DH, Kathryn and Owen got to be in the room when the tech found the little girl parts and before he could even say anything I said "it's a girl!" and he said it was definitely looking that way. They did the medical images first for the doctor and then brought the family in for the gender reveal. But before that he had told me that based on how cooperative baby was being he could give me a 95% educated guess as to the baby's sex. We did not have a preference at all but for the last 3 or 4 weeks I have been feeling "girly" and it looks like my mother's intuition was right! Everyone is healthy and this little one is growing as she should. We are all so excited and feeling very blessed! Now we just have to pick out a name. :)
