Weird pain?

Anyone experiencing pain across the very top of your uterus near sternum and ribs? It feels like something (skin, muscle) is going to tear or rip. Makes sleeping nearly impossible (when I am not peeing, or turning over from other aches
My doctor said, oh yeah that is very common, I guess the abdominal muscles are deperately trying to hold on to the bone but the growing uterus is making it a challenge.
I go to the doc again on Tues, I think I am going to beg for a induction date if this pain continues.

 

I haven't had that pain but with all my pregnancies including this one I get this pain where it literally feels like they are knwing on my ribs. It feels like someone is biting me. i am not worried about it this time around because 1 it doesn't last very long and 2 I am used to it.

 

I have a 'similar' pain, but it's because I have 2 HEADS in my ribs. I find the only relief I get is to lay down, as that lowers their heads. It is quite uncomfortable, so hopefully your pain will get to go away soon!!!! I can only imagine how painful my ribs will be as the boys continue to grow!!!

I have that too. One of my girls head is right up between my belly button and sternum so I'm assuming it's her. I keep wanting her to go head down so I can feel some relief. I can't imagine how it will feel when she is a little bigger!

 

I have this pain too!!! Only when i lay down though. It feels like my muscles are going to rip away from my ribs. Its like a burning muscle overstretch pain. Its awful!!!
