I've been having funny dreams lately (amidst the little sleep I get everynight). All of them are so vivid, and I can actually remember most of the details. One of em was about my twins being able to stand up on their own 5 days after they're born with teeth and all!!! The other one was me walking about with my water bag burst and I pointed it out to my hubby asking why am I wet there!!

I'm worried that something's wrong with my babies and these dreams are signs, or am I just thinking too much due to anxiety or the sleeplessness? ARGH!! I'm going nuts thinking about it! :(

Strange and vivid dreams are a normal happening during pregnancy! I have been having them since the moment I found out I was pregnant. Most of them are a rush to get to the hospital and when we finally get there, they send me home and I argue with the nurses. I can even remember what I say to them (I just hope that I am not yelling in my sleep)!

Enjoy and laugh about your dreams! I don't think they are a sign or anything that should get you worried. The more sleepy I am, the more vivid my dreams are!

    Good luck and happy dreaming!

I had a similar weird dream last night. My girls could talk and called me "mommy" the second they were born. I mean, I know they'll be brilliant, but I'm not so sure about talking on day 1! :rotflmbo:

I do the same thing! The dreams can be a little freaky, but I have kinda come to enjoy them. I look forward to what crazy strory I get to tell my Family next. I just put in the wild and crazy side of pregnancy.

Most of the time mine are funny (at least when i wake up they are!) -- one of my faves happened last week when i dreampt my belly turned see-through and i could see both girls in there looking at me and smiling. Then they opened up my stomach and decided to come out to play and i was worried about putting them back in b/c they had gotten dirty and i didn't want them to get an infection, so i was trying to find the hospital... and one of my sons dreamed that my baby b was beating him up (and bigger than him) right after she came out!

just try to enjoy the weirdness if you can ;)

It's totally normal...I used to dream that the babies were only held in by my trusty belly band...and I had to yell at people not to look under it b/c I didn't want to know the gender :p They were always vivid and funny the next day...enjoy them now b/c you won't have anough time to sleep let alone dream for a while once they arrive!

I laughed so hard after reading all your dreams!! I think preggy mommies have such great imagination to come up with such dreams!!

Thanx, I don't feel so alienated anymore! :woohoo:

Yeah I had a really scary one when I was pregnant with my son about some creepy clown woman chasing me through this house which was a tv set with some knife, I ran out of the house and got shot by a ganster. I hated that one, still haunts me almost 6 years later.

I had a weird one the other night where I was in a mobile home and something was wrong with baby b so I was getting surgery in the living room. I looked odwn and his little arm was sticking out of the cut in my side. Then I could see his head and red hair and he kinda came out, I yelled for DH and he held him before the dr wanted to put him back. I remember saying something about how unfair it was for my baby to experience so much already and then have to be put back.
