Matthew only gained 2 lbs since December. William has gained FIVE. Is he eating too much? Matthew weighs 31 lbs and Will 35. I feel like I'm doing something wrong.

Odds are Will just hit a growth spurt and Matt will catch up soon. Nathan has a good 6 or 7 lbs on William here, but we are frats and they have never been close.

No, I think everyone just gains weight differently. Trevor is 3 lbs. bigger than Emilie and has been for about 6 months now and the funny thing is she eats more than he does.

There is nearly a 8lbs difference between my 2. Last month Jack put on over a 1lb and Sophie gained nothing but grew a little in height, they get fed exactly the same as each other so i dont understand it either! I dont think you are doing anything wrong they are just different babies growing at different rates. Like pp said it could just be a growth spurt and Matthew could catch up soon x

I wouldn't worry about it--especially with those weights. At almost 5, Marcus has just hit 40, and Jonathan is just about 50. Different kids grow and have growth spurts at different rates.

did you have them weighed at the pedi? if so, was he/she concerned? if not, you shouldn't be either! if you didn't have them weighed at the pedi, and they are eating the same amounts, i wouldn't worry - but you could call and ask just to be sure - with id's is it more unusual than frats to be significantly different weights?

Garrett is generally 3-5 lbs heavier than Gillian. It has been that way since they were about 6 months old.

I know the boy/girl thing makes it a little different.......
