We made it!

We did it! The twins are thriving and my DH and I still have our hair (well most of it!) It has been a whirlwind this past year, ups and downs, tears and laughter. The early days a blur, gone by way to fast. I found so much advice and encouragement on this forum from the time I got pregnant through the bed rest and crazy first days. Thank you all! It has been a bittersweet time for us as these are our last babies. Trying to carve into our minds and hearts every detail so we never forget and finding ourselves praying that time would slow down so that we can hold them in our arms just for a little longer. Now on to the next step of the journey. Farewell first year! Blessings to all of you and a promise to those of you who are in this first year journey.... you will make it also!!

Congrats to you for surviving your babies' first year and a very happy birthday to your twins! I can't believe how fast time goes...my twins will be turning 1 in two weeks! Definitely felt like I was on a roller coaster ride during their first year...but I wouldn't change it for the world!
