We lost our twins

    I wanted to say goodbye. We found out today that our identical twins passed away around 9 weeks and 4 days for Baby A and 9 weeks and 5 days for Baby B. I have not begun to miscarry them yet, so a D&C is scheduled for tomorrow. They are going to test the tissues to see if they can find what went wrong. They were both healthy and perfect at 8 weeks with heart rates of 170 each, and looked perfect. All of my blood work and first trimester screenings came back perfect, so who knows what happened.     I am so very sorry. How heartbreaking. My estimated due date is the same as yours and I'm going for 2 appointments next week. I am trying to push back any worries I have of getting news like this. My heart goes out to you.

    I am so sorry to hear about your loss. I lost a singleton at 16 weeks, so I know how it feels to be excited one minute and heartbroken the next.

    I am so sorry for your loss. I lost twins at the same gestation and also went through a D&C. I hope that your D&C goes smoothly and that you are able to take the time you need to grieve.

    My heart is broken for you. I lost a baby boy at 16 weeeks and I remember that pain so I can't imagine losing two babies. Big hugs and comforting prayers to you.

    I am very sorry for your losses. I've lost a baby at 11 weeks as well in between my 2 pregnancies. My baby also had a heart beat and lost it around 10 weeks. It's very sad. I hope the d&c goes OK. Good luck!
