They don't start w the same letter or the same sound. Our girls who are not twins are Kyra (pronounced K-ear-a) and Kailyn. We aren't telling anyone but the girls the names of the boys BUT I made the mistake of telling my mom y'day. Her first comment was that she was surprised they didn't start w the same letter. We wanted to stay away from K and C names this time b/c it's tricky enough w the two girls w the same letter ;)

    Am I wrong?? Thoughts?

No you are not wrong. They are your children and you can name them anything you want. My boys are Creed and Laud. The meaning of their names was what was important to us. And I like boys names that are one syllable. I didn't even try to match them with the same first letter. Some people like to match, others don't. Just do what you want. :)

nope you are not wrong. I think it is normal to have twins name start with different letters.

I didn't care about them matching, rhyming or same first letter. It just happens that the only boy names me and DH can agree on are C or K names. So ours are going to match even though we didn't plan it. Everyone is different and you are the parent and you get the final say. Remember grandparents don't sign the birth certificate the mom and dad do. And no matter what you name them everyone will come to love the boys and their names and won't be able to imagine them with any other name.
