We have a crawler

Hope finally did it. She is going everywhere. Grace is not far behind. YOu can tell it is already bothering her that her sister is leaving her behind. I am afraid we are going to have our hands full. She has already figured out how to follow me into another room and anybody else for that matter that she might want to go find. We are going to have to do some major house cleaning and babyproofing. It is so cute. She seems so little to be crawling all over the place. They grow up so fast. They will be 10 months on the 29th. Then 2 more months and they will be 1. I am not ready for a first birthday. It seems like I just had them and we were going through that fussy baby stage and now they are getting so big.. talking, crawling, eating solids. Oh well I guess I can't stop the clock, but I sure would like for it to slow down some. Anyway I will post some new pics of them soon. We had antique pictures taken and they will be in on the 1st of april and I hope they turn out as good as I think they will. Thanks for listening.

Hooray!! Congrats. We are still waiting for true crawling... although I am beginning to wonder if 2 hands/1 knee/1 foot is the best I am going to get out of one of them. :lol:

I so know what you mean about not being ready for 1 quite yet! This truly is the 1st time that I feel like I'd like to freeze time and keep them at this age - it's soooo much fun!

Baylinn has been crawling for awhile now, but Breena just did for the first time yesterday. What a coincidence since our babies are almost the exact same age!

I babyproofed just the family room where their toys are and the kitchen since they are connected and where we spend the most time. I blocked off the other two doorways. They still have plenty of room to roam, but it's easier for me to keep an eye on them.

 

Yeah for crawling!!! I cannot wait to see those pictures!

I also cannot believe we are almost there. Have you thought about what date you are going to have your party on? I am trying to figure out how to deal with the whole Memorial day thing! PM me and let me know about some of your ideas for the party...I guess I have to start planning as well.
