We had our 3yr well visit

My girls went for their 3yr well baby visit last week. I meant to post but just didn't get the chance. So here are the stats:

Alexandra 26lbs 35inches
Paige 26lbs 35.4inches

I thought the girls would be a bit taller but this was the first time they were measured standing up. I also can't bleive that they gained so little weight (Ali a pound and Paige a half pound) in the six months since their last visit. At the rate they are going the will be in 5pt harnesses for a very long time to come.

The ped seems happy with how they are doing. He was a little concerned with how deep the scrape on Alexandra's nose was (she fell on her face at a block party about 4 days before the check up) but in general thought that what was healing was looking pretty good already. He did say to make sure we keep sunscreen on it to reduce scarring. DH and I had no major concerns about anything so not much was said. I didn't recall when the pedi said to bring them back but DH said that he thought he heard at 3.5yrs. I have to call and check on that.

 

Hmmmm...I had already replied, then it disappeared. If another reply pops up, Sorry!

At our 2 year well child check, my ped said bring them back at 3 unless there is illnesses. Every ped seems to be different though.

Are your girls ID? Their measurements are so close, I thought I'd ask. My girls are night and day different as well as sizewise!

Actually they are not ID. They have always been close since they were born. Makes getting clothes very easy since the outfits that are the same it doen't matter who gets what.
