We only need another 1.5 weeks and then you can come.

We had a lovely little scare last night. I'm 2 cm 80% effaced. I was contracting every 3-4 mins. They gave me a med to calm my uterus and fluids. I was sent home on light duty. I didn't make any cervical changes while I was there so that's a plus. But they gave me steroids just in case and I get my second dose tonight.

33+5 today. I went in last night had an nst and my second dose of steroids. No contractions last night that the nst picked up and no cervical changes. I have another nst today and the Dr will check me again. I am having some contractions but no where near what I was having

 

Are you on medication and bed rest to stop contractions?

 

I'm not on bed rest just less activities. They did send me home with an uterine muscle relaxer. But at this point they are no longer stopping again

 

How's it going now?

 

still contracting off and on. but nothing enough to send me in. I only need 7 more days. I'm not sure we'll make it that far. A few times today I wasn't sure we're gonna make it though the night

 

Every hour and day counts! You're doing great.

 

idk why but I have this gut feeling of saturday.

 

Just rest as much as you can-hopefully you are able to keep them in a while longer. 

 

I'm currently laying on the couch having a ton of contractions.
