We found out the sexes....

We're having 2 boys!! I have to admit that I was hoping there would be a girl in there somewhere but we're mostly just thrilled that they are doing so well. All measurements were fine with Baby A weighinig 11 oz and Baby B at 10 oz.

It's strange too. I've probably had about 4 dreams about the babies before we found out and they were both boys in all the dreams I had. And my mom dreamt they were boys too.

So...now it's time to get to work on the nursery!

I wanted a girl also, but now think that the boys will probably play better together than a boy and girl...This is what I am telling myself anyway!!!

boys are so much fun!!! oh and b/g do get along well - especially when he's shoving her to the ground to take her binky and she's corking him with a toy so he doesn't! :rofl:

Congratulations on your twin boys. I also wanted a girl, but kept telling myself they will be really close because they are the same sex. Now that I'm decorating the nursery, I'm really excited about having two boys.

Congrats on your boys!!! I would sit on the deck and watch my husband and son play with the football in the yard and I always thought I would only have boys.... Boy was I suprised (but very happy) to find out I was having two girls this time. Congrats!!!! I am a little sad that my son won't have another brother to play football with... we will just have to show the girls how to play!

 

Congrats! I too wanted a girl in the mix. I am just happy that they are both healthy though. When they get older I will get a break around hunting season.

Thanks to everyone for all the good wishes. Now that it's sunk in (and I've spent time on the internet looking at boy nursery decor) I am getting more and more excited! I just keep thinking of all the cute little boys I know and can't believe I'm lucky enough to have 2!

Plus, I am so thankful that they are both healthy. I was speaking to my mom and she was telling me about someone (a friend of a friend) who had to abort at 4 months due to some very serious health issues with the baby (my mom wasn't quite sure what). How sad. I am really so blessed. I'm all teary now just thinking about it.
