We found out genders today

    Much to DH's dismay the ultrasound tech found both babies were girls. I think he was in shock for like 5 minutes. LOL. I think he is hoping for a change at the next ultrasound. The tech said she had never been wrong in 25 yrs so I don't think there is much hope. She got pretty good pictures. They are both laying transverse (across) and weigh approx 11 oz. Measurements on the babies looked great with no problems though I do have a mild case of placentia previa that they will be watching.

    When they told us it was 2 boys .. Frank also kept hoping it would change .. he wanted another little girl. Then they told us at another US that they were most likely ID .. he still thought it could change and one could still be a girl. :laughing:


    Congrats on the girls !! (Frank would be SO jealous :))

    Congratulations!! I hope for another little girl someday. Too much testosterone in this house. Sorry DH was a little disappointed. He's probably just realizing out outnumbered he is now :D

    Congrats :) We are the opposite.. we have 5 girls and 1 boy already and were hoping for at least 1 to be a boy and we got a girl and a boy! Not sure it evens out all the estrogen in the house but it helps!! The only one in the house hoping for 2 girls was our son... he likes being the only boy... he is ok with it now :)

    Congratulations!!!!!

    I already have one girl. I wouldn't mind to have twin girls. My husbando wish for a boy and a girl, but everybody said that I am expecting boys!!!! Oh well, will be another experience!!!!

    You found out early, right?! Usually they say, it's around 20-25 weeks!

    Congrats! We're also expecting girls. My hubby was thrilled but my son was hoping for at least one boy :)

    Congrats on your girls!!! We always teased we needed a set of twin girls to even out our set of boys. It was a SHOCK to discover another set of twin boys again!!! LOL! We seem to be pretty good at making boys around here! How exciting for y'all!!! We have so much fun with both genders that it just really doesn't matter at this point. I have to say I am kinda partial to the girly hairbows but I love the ease of spiking all the boys' hair. LOL! Have fun with your girly duo!!!
