we found a house!!!

everyone say a prayer! after about 2 years of looking we finally found a house. we are under contract so lets hope that everything goes smoothly!! now the real stress begins. i need to clear out my small 3 bedroom ranch and have it ready to sell! yikes!!!! i need to have it "company clean" at all times, just in case someone wants to see it.5 kids, 1 dog..no problem

Congrats!! That is great news. I also live in North Jersey-Bergen County. We have been debating moving vs adding on. I wish you the best.

 

Congrats on the new house!

I hear ya! We close on our new house next week, and have the current house up for sale. Not fun, trying to keep it spotless, with boxes piled everywhere!

we should come out of attorney review today and we should close on june 1st. hopefully we find a buyer for our house by then! yikes! i am soo excited, i love the new house and can't wait to get in to it.
