she hears her self pee-pee!! We finally did it and today she told is she had to poop and sure enough she did it!! only thing is i wish i taught her better words than 'pee-pee and poop' ! her sunday school teacher will get a kick out of it tomorrow! ps how we did it: i bought diapers, she has been wearing princess pull ups for 2 years, she got mad and went and put on pannies. i told her she was a baby and needed to wear diapers like her babies sisters. she got very mad at me about that! so that was a week ago and yes a few accidents here and there but a few nights she stayed dry and now she goes by her self!!! it can be done!!
Good girl!! Funny, I don't know if I mentioned it but one thing I did right before they trained was decided to buy the really crappy store brand diapers WITHOUT the Sesame Street characters on them. I think it helped.

Hi Jennier, all of our little babies are around the same age. I am struggling with my just turned 3 y/o. That was an excellent idea. I wish I could do something like that. My dd wears diapers and when I ask her if she wants to use the potty she tells me "no" now. It used to be, before the babies, I would give her a choice of diapers or panties and most of the time she chose panties but she has yet to pee or poop in the potty. Now she NEVER wants to put on panties. I swear she'll be starting kindergarden in diapers. It is so hard when you have these brand new babies and your older one isn't potty trained yet. Does she just say she has to go and goes? Or, do you remind her every so often?

I HAD to find patiance i did not know i had!!! finally after sitting on the pot for 1 hour she would go. i would not let her play out side and she knew it was because she pee in her panies. i put my foot down and i am sure it was the worse week of her life (was for me) but finally out of the blue she told me she had to pee!!!! OMG since she has had a accient but they are tiny and she finishes on the potty. i think she got tried of feeling pee on her body. well i hope this helps let me know how things go!
