We are in our new home............

Its been about 2weeks now. We are all starting to settle in and everyone has their own room. Well.....the twins still share a room but their room is huge. The teenage boys have their own room and my 6yr old has his own room. As soon as we sell our old house we will be finishing the master bedroom and bathroom. Which I can not wait for. We have so much more room and the best part is the kids can keep their toys in their room and not have toys ALL over the house. Becasue of that the house is so much easier to clean.

The only room I have a problem with is the bathroom. All the rooms in this house was updated except for the bathroom. That isnt the problem. The problem is that it is SO DIRTY. Soap scum to the 10th degree. I have scrubed and scrubed the bathtub and nothing cleans it. It is just filthy. What kind of product could I use to clean this tub? I cleaned the soap holder and I honestly thought at first it was beige but it is actually a pretty white color. So what kind of products have you used and it actually works??????

CLR might help. If not ask at a hardware store. There are lots of good things on the market that might help.

 

Good to hear you are all settled in and in your new home, how exciting!! I bet they are all happy to be in their new rooms as well!!

 

I was going to suggest CLR too, it's for Calcium, Lime and Rust. It's super potent but works well for that kids of stuff. Tilex for mildew. Just make sure you have some good air ventilation for cleaning it and afterwards - if not a window I'd put a fan in there.

I swear by tylex and straight bleach, especially for a bathroom.
