Van and Finn are 14 weeks old!

    I can't believe that my babies are already 14 weeks old! As usual time is flying by. This is the start of my 3rd week back at work. It's going pretty well. I miss my kids during the day, but it's nice to be getting back into a regular routine. Our daycare situation couldn't be working out any better. Ava is in daycare on Mondays and Fridays while my mom is home with the boys and on Tues-Thursday, my sister has all 3. I work 9-5:30 every day and Matt works 6-2:30, so he's home with all the kids by 3:00.

    The boys are doing great. Last night Van slept in his crib all night (though he didn't sleep through the night, he was up every hour after 2:00, but just for a bit of milk then back to sleep). Finn's been in his crib for a few weeks now and doing wonderfully with it. I can lay him down while he's still awake and he'll eventually drift off to sleep without fussing at all! Ava was never like that and Van certainly isn't so it's quite a treat! I'm hoping to get Van to that point too. I'm feeling pretty sleep deprived since being back at work I can't nap during the day like I used to, but I'm adjusting.

    Here are 2 pictures that my sister Christian took today. They're entitled "safe at last". She's finally figured out how to keep the babies safe from her 2 mother hens who I guess are constantly wanting to "love" on the boys.

    I love the picture of your boys in the playpen in their carseats. So funny! :laughing: Anything you can do to keep them from the mother hens! I can relate.

    They are only a day older than my girls :D ! Sounds like things are going really well for you all! I'm sure it feels good to get into a routine again. Hope you get some more sleep soon!

    The pics are great and your boys are adorable!!
