    I voted vaginal but wasn't sure if this covers all pregnancies or just this one - and if that were the case - I am going with a planned C/S. I WOULD try to birth vaginally if both were head-down... BUT I've decided to have a tubal ligation during the process so might as well have the C/S.

    My daughter was a section, but Lord willing these babies will be vaginal!!

    Scheduled induction. Had my oldest vaginally and my baby A was head down and baby B was born breech. Very simple and uneventful.

    C-section. I had "failure to progress"...after 4 weeks at 3 cm (PTL) and 13 hours of labor after my water broke, I only made it to 8 cm (with pitocin).

    I assume you meant for the twins. I had a c/s with them, but a natural birth for DD1.
