Update on pain

I called the doctor yesterday to find out what he wanted me to do about the pain I've had all week. Well, the nurse finally got back to me today. The doctor wanted to see me today and since I was heading that way anyway it worked out. So, I went in and we talked and then he tried to get the heartbeat. But the baby was moving around too much so he did an u/s instead. I got to see my little peanut again. He said everything looks great and just to take it easy for awhile. The pain is probably just because of my c-section scar stretching-like I figured.
The baby is measuring about a week or more ahead now-so growing great. I go back for my regular appointment on Tuesday and then 4 weeks later we will do the quad screening and another u/s to try to determine the gender. I'm only 13 weeks and I've already had 3 u/s and have another scheduled-it's great! I love being able to see my peanut whenever I want to.

I still hurt pretty bad but knowing the baby is okay and looks great I'm a little more at ease. Hopefully this pain will subside soon.

I just wanted to give an update because I know there are a few of you that have been thinking about me.

I had some of that c/s scar pain too..i found that it was worst at the end of the second trimester...my round ligament pain seemed worst during this latest pg too.

 

I am so glad that your little peanut is growing so well :a_smil09: !!! I am glad that your doctor is so caring and doesn't just blow you off!! that makes pregnancy a lot easier!!

I am glad everything is ok Ronda. Its so neat seeing how fast they grow and being reasurred by the u/s. get some rest :laughing: !!
