update on Addison

    I posted a while back that she just doesn't look good to me - well I took her to the ENT a day or two later and she does have an ear infection but the dr. wants me to finish the Augmentin and bring her back in 3 weeks at that time he will check her hearing (which I think is fine). He thought that maybe she doesn't look well because her ear hurts (she hasn't looked good to me for a while but OK maybe it is her ear?) . Well yesterday I changed her diaper and the lymph nodes in her groin area were HUGE! so big I didn't have to feel for them I could see them and my SIL saw them from across the room! I called the advice nurse and she just told me that she needed to be seen so I took her today and they are even bigger today than yesterday!
    our pedi did lots of bloodwork and will let me know as soon as the results are in She is concerned because Addison is tiny and has really been sickly since November. please keep Addison in your thoughts prayers - we are hoping this is something that the Augmentin will get rid of and that will be that.

    Aww Heather, Addison will be in my prayers... I hope the antibiotics clears everything up for her!

    Poor Addison! I hope she feels better soon. I will keep her in my prayers Heather! I hope her meds clear everything up!
    I also hope you get the results from her bloodwork soon so they can find out whats going on! Keep us updated!

    Poor baby! Heather, I remember your previous post about this and how sure you were that something was wrong. I'm glad you followed your mom instinct, and I hope she gets better fast! :hug99:
