Update from my echocardiogram and u/s

Yesterday we had an echo. Baby A's heart is showing mild thickening. Our ultrasound showed that both boys are still growing and that is a good sign as well. Baby B's fluid is less than 2 (1. something) but Baby A's is 6 so he is still within the range.

Baby B still has absent end diastolic flow. It makes me so sad to see Baby B stuck in that little sac, hardly moving. Baby A is cruising around all over the place.

Neither Dr. De Lia or my doctors have recommended that I go on full-time bedrest but I am doing my own at night and on the weekends. Also drinking the protein drinks. I have some special friends that are sending me cases of them.

Next Thursday we are going back for another ultrasound and then our doctor will call both Dr. De Lia and Dr. Crombleholme and see if either of them feel like I should go for the surgery yet. I'll be 17 weeks next week.

 

I pray everything goes well for you, maybe the bedrest will help things.

{{{hug}}} I wish I had some great advice or wonderful words that would make it all better. I will keep you and your little ones in my thoughts.

 

I don't have any great advice other than just take it one day at a time, it sounds like you are doing everything you can to take care of those little ones. I will be praying for all of you.

 

It sounds like everything is being well monitored and you're doing everything on 'your part' to help your boys. I'm glad to hear Baby A's fluid is still below 8! Continuing to pray for you and your sweet little boys.
