update! finally some answers!

sac A was unchanged, still empty...sac B had grown and now had a yolk sac fetal pole and heart beat! So I had a vanishing twin! I am OK with this. I may always wonder what could have been, but I cant tell you how great it felt to see at least ONE heartbeat!

Also please keep my baby in your prayers the sac is an irregular shape and could be indicative of a problem, or may regulate its self. I go back friday for another ultrasound. baby+yolk sac measured perfect.



In this first picture you can see both sacs. On your left you will see the smaller (empty) sac and on your right the larger "irregular" sac that contains a baby/heartbeat. Oh and it kinda looks like a smaller 3rd sac in the middle but those "spots" are just blood vessels not additional sacs.
