So, both my girls have been head down for MONTHS now. In fact, they were both head down just a couple of weeks ago at my last peri appointment. Well, I realized this morning that I hadn't felt Baby B move very much (or at all) in the last 12 hours or so, so I got nervous and headed to my peri's office unannounced to see if I could have them just quickly look for two heartbeats between patients..."just 20 seconds, that's all I ask..." Well, to my relief, both girls are fine and hearts are beating away marvelously...but Baby B is now completely BREECH!

What a little nerd! Here I thought they were both being so obedient! :)

Luckily, my OB is fine with a vaginal delivery so long as Baby A is head down, so I'm still in the clear (so far) for attempting a vaginal delivery (which is SUPER important to me)...but it was just really nice to think that everything was as textbook as possible and made things at least as "easy" as they could be for having a successful vaginal birth.

Oh well, just thought I would share that your babies can, in fact, still turn this late in the game!

My baby B actually turned from breech to head down around 32 weeks! Still didn't get a vaginal delivery though. I'll keep my fingers crossed, but don't be too upset if it doesn't work out. My babies were both vertex, my water broke at 37.4 weeks, and I still had a c-section because they didn't want to be evicted!

Sorry to hear she's breech, but there's still time for her to flip back. My baby A was head down right up until the very end (he turned breech somewhere between week 34 and 35.) Good luck!

How quickly they can change, huh? Both mine were breech as of 28 weeks, but as of 30 weeks they were both head down. We will see again at 34 weeks.....

I'm glad they didn't just end you away because you just popped in! Hopefully your little one will get the moving bug again, and move back over! :)

    You're title made me LOL!

I hope she turns back around for you and you don't have to have a c-section. Mine were both breech as of a couple of weeks ago.

My baby B was a mover too, so much so that on actual delivery day (I was induced) my doc did a quick scan that day to see what position she was in.
Both babies were head down! yay!
As my OB would say " Make sure you give those babies a firm talking too everynight!".
I had a great vaginal birth and I cross my fingers for you to have the same!

Yeah, the receptionist was a total witch (not because of the message, but her TONE) and told me that I would have to go to the E.R. for something like that...I told her that I wasn't asking for an appointment, I just wanted to see two little blinking heartbeats...that they could charge me an entire visit for all I cared (I've met my deductible)...she said no...I asked to speak to the doctor and she said "that's fine, but he's just going to tell you to go to the Emergency Room..." "That's fine, I'll wait..." I figured that even if he turned me away, I still needed to ask him WHICH emergency room to go to...there is a local hospital but I'll be delivering at the Level III hospital 30 miles away...

Well, I was actually surprised when he said to hop up on the table and he'd check for me really quick...it was really nice of him and it seriously took all of 30 seconds...I thanked him profusely and also thanked the girl who was waiting for her appointment...but she was happy to help since I had explained why I was concerned...so it all worked out.

My boy turned breech between 26 and 30 weeks ... he was already over 4lbs at 30 weeks ... but they were still born vaginally without a problem!

Yeah, my little punk did that at 38 weeks. She was still delivered vag. (my Dr. was comfortable with it) and she ended up turning vertex after A came out.
