ugh! up at 2 am with back pain

i can not sleep! my back (next to my spine) hurts so bad. i'm laying here at 2 am and can't get back to bed. :angry:

My back hurts whenever I lay down for any length of time. I've been putting a small pillow underneath me at my "waist" (ha, what waist??) and another one against my spine in this same area. The extra little support gives me enough support to sleep. And I always have a pillow between my knees, too. Good thing we have a king bed...poor DH! :blush:

ugh i got no sleep last night. i had pain next to my spine. i think it was a muscle (from working out) but some people said kidney pain so i got nervous. i took two tylenol and finally the pain has disipated.

 

ok the pain is back.
its in the muscle right next to my spine and it comes and goes. it swoops around on one side of my stomach as well and feels deep.

should i be concerned?

 

Im so with you on that one, and if it isn't the back it's the hips, if it isn't the hips then breathing doesn't work, if t isn't breathing, it's another bathroom trip -_- -_- -_-
I think it's just Mother Nature's wicked way of getting us used to broken nights :lol:
I sleep propped up on 3 pillows and two full lenght body pillows and still cannot get comfy <_< , the one thing that helps with the back pain though is swimming, or if you have a deep bath to run it let the water support you. hth
