    Hey Joanna ~

I take Tylenol PM every night and have since I got pregnant. I also take one Melatonin. I don't know what I would do without it!! My OB knows and is fine with it......

    Good luck and happy sleeping!

I often take tylenol and benadryl, which is the same active ingredients as tylenol pm and much cheaper ot buy generic tylenol and benadryl than to buy tylenol pm. It really helps me sleep and also helps some with my back pain. Good luck!

I took it almost everynight. I would alternate between benedryl and Tylenol pm.

My Dr always said anything that is made with /by tylenol is pretty safe during pregnancy. You can also use Unisom. Hope you get to sleep!

Tylenol PM worked alright for me. My doc gave me Ambien, which worked much better. I was hesitant because I didn't want to take it, but once I did, I slept sooooo much better!
