Twins of different sizes during ultrasound

I had an ultrasound today as a checkpoint due to some spotting last week. Everything looked normal today. They found no reason for the spotting- and both babies looked good. The placentas were in a good place and the flow through the cords was good. The tech did note that Baby A's gestational age today was 13 w 6 d (which is EXACTLY what I am right now) but Baby B's gestational age was 14 w 6 d.
I know they say they like to see twins growth within a three day window of each other. Has this happened with anyone else? At what point should I be concerned? I know it's early in the pregnancy- can this be normal?
    Any input would be great!
    Thanks.

I don't really think it's anything to be worried about at this point. Baby B may have just hit a growth spurt. I would wait and see how things are at your next appt. and if they are still a week off, talk to your OB about it. But everything else sounds great!!

Mine were never within that three day window, even after our first u/s at 7 weeks. And that growth disparity just got wider and wider the further along in the pregnancy. As long as you are receiving monitoring and the babies are following their own growth curve nicely, independent of each other, then I think that you should have nothing to worry about.

I am 32 weeks now and my twins due dates are about a week apart at this stage. I was told that this is nothing to worry about and that by the end of a twin pregnancy it is normal for the due dates to be up to 3 - 4 weeks difference. Hope this helps.

All the way through my pregnancy my babies measured around 6 days apart. Talk to your doctor if you are worried but sounds to me that they are fine x

Well, I am not an expert in this area, but mine measure about a day apart in my ultrasounds. I asked about it, and they said this was good, but they don't get concerned about size difference until they measure 2 weeks apart. I am sure that doctors have different perspectives on when to worry, but if I were you I would call the doctor and ask him/her what this means and if you should be concerned. If they say no ask why and the same if they say no... Don't let him/her off the hook until you are satisfied with their answer!

Gook luck, and try not to worry!

My Baby B has always been 6-7 days ahead of Baby A since they were first measured at 11 weeks. Baby A is always right on for dates. My OB is watching them and their growth, and said unless they get past a 20% difference in size, there's nothing to worry about.
