I have a daughter(see siggy) who is almost 6 (end of september). She is just starting K this fall. My twins are due Christmas.

I have 11 month old twins and my DD just started K.

I had a 5yr old and 2 yr old when the babies were born. There are a bunch of moms that had kids the same age. Its a tough transition from 2-4 kids but it all works out great. The key will be having a great support system or some kind of help. But its great now! I have 2 girls/2 boys so that part really worked out well as far as toys/clothes went! Congrats!

 

I have a 5, almost 4 yr old and 2 yr. old. and my twins are 2 months. I'm here to chat.

 

I have a 6 year old that is on her way to first grade. I also have a very busy 15 month old and twins on the way. Due this December.

 

i have a 5 year old and a 3 year old at homw and twins on the way!!!! both are girls so hoping maybe i will get lucky with boys this time around.

My older kiddos are way older - 14,11 and 9 my twins are 19 months (WOW time flies!!) but I would love to chat!

I have a 10 year old, a 6 year old starting 1st grade, a 3 year old, and 5 month old twins.

hi, we have something in common!! My oldest is 5 1/2, he starts kindergarten tomorrow. My 2nd child will be 4 in Sept. and he will start preschool next week-3 days a week. I am expecting twin the middle to end of January. I am 12 weeks and 2 days today. I have 2 boys and am praying for at least one girl. I hope you will get boys!!! Will you have help when the twins come? I am wondering about looking for some help once the babies are born, but don't really now what I'll need. Look forward to hearing from you.

wow!! congratulations!! my pregnancy was a litlle of a surprise, but twins were a complete surprise!! i am curious about what to expect when the twins arrive. what kind of help did you have or what do you recommend. my husband has horrible hours at work, so him getting up every night for several months is just out of the questions. he is also gone every morning by 6:3O AM. My mother works full time and my in laws are not an option. I'm a little nervous about managing twins with two active boys that I don't want to neglect the slightest!! we are fortunate that we can hire some outside help, but i don't really know what i'll need. i feel like i need to start looking for someone, because it may be hard to find someone.

 

My hubby is away usually about 4 nights a week and only home for 3 so I will be by myself alot also. Although when they are born my parents will be coming for 2 weeks then my FIL will be here for another 2 weeks and after that my MIL said she would take off for a week. After that I don't know what I will do. Hopefully by then I will have some kind of schedule and will be able to manage.
